Angler fishing at Blithfield

About Us

Blithfield Reservoir is a 790-acre lake set in the beautiful Blithe valley. Completed in 1953, Blithfield Reservoir became a trout fishery in 1957 and is now recognised as a premier trout fishing site.

Although primarily a trout fishery, we also offer opportunities for pike fishing through members' days and organised events with the Staffordshire Predator Angling Group. Such events attract some of the country's top pike anglers and have seen pike of up to 41lbs being recorded.

We can also cater for corporate parties whether as a relaxing antidote to the stresses of daily life, or to impress business associates.
