Membership & Permits
If you're a serious game angler then membership is by far the best option, and it comes with plenty of benefits.
Membership benefits
- The North Lake is open only to members from the beginning of the season until the end of April.
- Eight fish kill limit for members.
- Two members only competitions during the season, one for bank fishing and one for boat fishing.
- Use of the comfortable fishing lodge.
- Boat hire discounted for members.
- Members who rejoin save 5% on renewal.
The membership options, charges and catch limits for the 2010 season remain the same as last year, and are:

Personal Membership = Membership of one person
Couples Membership = Membership of married or co-habiting couple.
Renewals receive a 5% discount.
The catch limit of 8 fish killed per day remains, subject to not exceeding the weekly totals given in the table above. Catch and release is permitted once the limit has been reached provided barbless or debarbed hooks are used. This remains under review.
As a member, should your annual quota be achieved before the end of the season you may continue fishing by purchasing weekly permits at a cost of £30 per week, during which time normal catch limits will apply.
Note: You must also hold a valid Environment Agency Rod Licence.
